General Questions
  1. Where are you located?
    I’m based in Indiana, but serve clients across the United States.
  2. Do you travel for shoots?
    Yes. I travel for events and on-site photography, but I require at least 45 days’ notice to secure availability.
  3. How far in advance should I book?
    For events and on-site photography, please book at least 45 days in advance. Product photography projects may have shorter lead times depending on my schedule.
  4. How long does it take to receive edited photos?
    Turnaround time depends on the project size and editing requirements. I’ll provide an estimated delivery window when we confirm details on what you want.
  5. Do you deliver RAW files?
    RAW files can be delivered if outlined in our agreement. Most clients prefer fully edited, ready-to-use images.
  6. How are the final images delivered?
    Final images are typically delivered in a Google Drive folder for easy download. Long-term storage options are available for an annual fee.
Service Questions
  1. What industries do you specialize in?
    I specialize in the firearms, tactical, and outdoors industries. I also enjoy working with watch brands and other complementary products.
  2. Do you offer event coverage?
    Yes. I cover trade shows, product launches, range days, and other industry events. For details please see the Event Coverage Page.
  3. Do you provide video services as well as photography?
    Photography is my primary focus. Basic video coverage can be discussed if your project requires it, but it is offered on a limited basis.
  4. Can you shoot on-site at my facility?

  5. Do you offer lifestyle photography with models?
    Yes. Lifestyle photography is available, and because it involves models and additional planning, it is the only photography service that requires project minimums.
  6. Do you offer white-label photography for agencies & companies?

Pricing & Rights
  1. How is pricing structured?

    Pricing varies based on the service and the scope of the project. Factors such as the type of photography, quantity of images, and any additional requirements will be discussed during consultation.

  2. Who owns the photos after the shoot?
    As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the images. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the photos in their brand’s marketing materials.
  3. Are usage rights included in the price?
    Yes. Standard usage rights for marketing, web, and social media are included in the project cost. Extended or specialized usage can be arranged if needed.
  4. Do you offer white-label photography for agencies & companies?
    Yes. White-label photography services are available upon request. Please contact me directly to discuss details.
Technical & Process Questions
  1. What kind of equipment do you use?
    I currently shoot with a Nikon Z6III and a Lumix G9, along with a variety of lighting and support gear.
  2. How do you handle challenging lighting conditions?
    I’m experienced in shooting in low-light and mixed-light environments. If additional lighting isn’t available, I adjust camera settings such as ISO and aperture to capture sharp, usable images. When needed, I also bring supplemental lighting to ensure consistency.
  3. Can you match my brand’s style or color palette?
    It’s possible to align photography with your brand’s style or color palette, but results can depend on the specifics of your guidelines, products, and environment. I’ll work with you to get as close as possible while maintaining consistent, professional-quality images.
  4. Do you retouch images?
    Yes. Retouching is included in my services. As a colorblind photographer, I take extra care in the editing process and include two rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery to ensure the final images meet your expectations.
  5. Do you shoot in RAW format?
    Yes. All images are captured in RAW for maximum quality. Final deliveries are provided as high-resolution JPGs, with other formats available if requested.
